I limit the amount of clients I take on so that I can guarantee you immediate response times and dedicated attention to your hiring needs. At Guardhire UK I offer recruitment solutions at around 25% of the cost of a full time hiring manager. I limit the amount of clients I take on so that I can guarantee you immediate response times and dedicated attention to your hiring needs. All I require from you is some basic information about the role you need to fill. I will take care of the rest - from creating adverts, sorting through CV's, comprehensive interviewing via teams or whatsapp call to establish command of English and communication skills, BS7 858 vetting, right to work checks, SIA licence checks, right the way through to briefing and deployment. I offer a full package service from instruction to delivery.

My pricing structure is very simple, I work on a retainer basis of £1000 per month (NO VAT). This includes my time for up to 5 hires in a 1 month period. This is a set monthly rate that does not fluctuate which secures a time commitment allocation from me.
This monthly fee is for my time dedicated to you as a client, I am available to you

This monthly fee is for my time dedicated to you as a client, I am available to you by phone, teams, whatsapp and e-mail all day every day and where required I am happy to arrange to meet you in person.
Fee's for job adverts and BS7 858 vetting are charged separately to you at cost price at the end of every month in addition to the retainer. if your needs are not covered by the above structure. please reach out and we can have a chat about a custom setup.
